Privacy Policy
Collection of Information
This Privacy Policy complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). When you visit our site, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your IP address and connection details for operational and display purposes. Material changes to this policy will be communicated by posting an updated version directly on this page.
Hosting and Delivery
The site, its stylesheet runtime, and its font files are hosted and delivered by a German service provider for website creation and hosting. This service provider operates as a processor on servers located in Germany.
Server Logs
The web server processes your request solely to deliver the page. Your IP address is not written to a logfile by the web server, and we do not maintain an access log per site.
Audience Measurement
We measure audience reach via PostHog, which counts page views, page leaves, clicks, and JavaScript errors. This service keeps a per-visit identifier in your browser's sessionStorage that is erased when the tab closes. The storage rests on device access without consent and the processing on our legitimate interest in analyzing site usage, against which you have the right to object. Counted events are kept for as long as the measurement is in use.
Enquiry Form
When you use the enquiry form on our site, your entries are assembled into a message within your own browser and opened in your WhatsApp or email client. Nothing reaches a server of this site, no email is composed anywhere on our end, and we learn of your enquiry only once you send that message from your own device.
Google Maps
This site embeds Google Maps to display our facility location, and the map is loaded automatically when the page is called up based on our legitimate interest in showing where we are located. This connection involves a transfer of your IP address to Google in the United States, against which you have the right to object. To prevent this, you can adjust your browser's third-party content settings or choose not to open the page.
Do Not Track (DNT)
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Furthermore, third parties do not collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when using our site.
